Tate oversees the firm's trust, estate, probate and corporate representative matters. He commonly works with teams of CPAs, financial advisors and investors to provide pragmatic and advanced solutions for clients and to help facilitate project funding. For over 14 years he has advised and represented organizations nationwide on issues including corporate governance, complex corporate transactions, and capital market offerings.
Tate graduated from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis with a B.A. in Economics in 1997 and received his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego in 2001. He completed his J.D. while a visiting student at Pepperdine University School of Law, Malibu, CA.

Ray is the head of the firm's Elder Law practice group, counseling clients in Elder law and Elder Care. Ray's practice has a special emphasis on providing concierge services and solutions to elder care issues facing today's busy professionals. Ray has represented clients for over 19 years in proceedings throughout California.
